I stood on the rickety bridge
Watching the morning mist lift
To reveal beauty unbound
Of the wild flowers abound
Bursting with passion, in yellows and violet
Around their mate, the stream coquette
Twisting and turning among the wilderness

My spirit too breaks free
Like a child I shake the blossoms from the tree
The tiny waves in the water below
Beckon me to dance with them and merrily flow
I become Nature’s child
Joyous, carefree and wild.
